Yes, ASIP does offer a special discount for group registrations.
No, it is not necessary for you to attend any courses before sitting for the exam.
The dates for the courses and the exams for the ACIPP program are set by ASIP’s management, and these dates and all other information necessary for registration are mentioned on ASIP’s website in the upcoming courses section.
You will be informed whether or not you passed, also note that the passing grade is 65%.
You can obtain a particular certificate when you pass the exam for any of the three courses in the program which are: (Trademarks and Unfair Competition, Patent of Inventions and Trade Secrets, Copyright and Related rights).
The certificates for the participants who pass the exams will be as follows:
Expert certificate in Trademarks and Unfair Competition.
Expert certificate in Patents of Invention and Trade Secrets.
Expert certificate in Copyright and Related Rights.
When the participant passes all three of the above mentioned courses he gets an Arab Certified Intellectual Property Practitioner certificate.
If you do not pass, you will be able to re-sit the exam.
No, there is no limit to the number of times you re-sit the exam. The names of the participants who obtain an ACIPP certificate will be posted on ASIP’s website
Individuals wishing to enroll in the ACIPP program must meet the following condition:
• You must have a university degree.
Candidates should complete the registration form, in addition to their personal information; they should also provide us with the following:
• 2 recent personal pictures.
• Documents proving their academic qualifications.
ASIP recommends several useful references which can help participants in passing the program's exam. These references can be found in the module’s training material, in addition to the participant's professional background.
Candidates who submit the ACIPP program application will receive confirmation on the success of their application via e-mail. Candidates whose applications were unsuccessful will also be notified.
The exam results will be issued within a maximum of 6 weeks from the date of the exam.

• Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property Dictionary.
• Nice Classification (Ninth Edition).
